Not only has CSSD accomplished high-standards in planning & design, infrastructure construction and investment promotion of the Sino-Singapore Cooperative Area, but also continues in a new century to work wonders for a new round of development and construction by virtue of its powerful and specialized capabilities in the field of integrated high-tech park development and operation.

While promoting the infrastructure development in SIP, CSSD positively expands outward, taking the primary land development as the lead. With the advantages in urban planning, strong ability in international marketing and mature project management model, CSSD manages its way into the urbanization development process in other regions, by providing primary land development and value-added service.

CSSD is developing a 4 k㎡ high-tech community in the northern part of SIP-SIP Ecological Science Hub, which will be developed into an energy-saving, waste-reducing, environment-friendly eco demonstration area.
CSSD and Suzhou-Suqian Industrial Park have reached an agreement to jointly develop a commercial and residential area of 2 k㎡. In addition, CSSD is seeking other development possibilities within the province. During this process, the brand value of Sino-Singapore cooperation will be further promoted and the successful experience of SIP will be practiced in a wider field.
