CSSD is the main developer of SIP and is involved with development and construction of infrastructure. It has accomplished the “Nine Supplies and One Leveling” infrastructure - which include roads, sewage treatment, water/gas/power supply, rainwater, communication, CATV, centralized heating systems and leveled ground. Its extensive park-building and landscaping efforts has helped create a first-class investment and living environment. As of end 2007, SIP has an accumulated road area of 15.98 million ㎡ that stretches 441 km, 24 million ㎡ scenic greenbelt with 150,000 scenic greenbelt lamps and 90,000 street lamps installed; and the amount of earth backfill has also reached 97.64 million .
